Matt Le Blanc has given fans a taste of what to expect on the forthcoming series of Top Gear.

The actor turned presenter tweeted a series of snaps from the set on Friday, revealing that filming was taking place in a number of exotic locations.

Seeming to disprove rumours of tension on set, the Former Friends star posted a picture of himself having dinner during a break in filming.

He captioned the selfie: “Dinner in Casablanca while filming TopGear. What a fun gig.”

LeBlanc then shared a snap of himself in Morocco, posing next to what seemed to be a Rover Nomad.

The week before, the Top Gear team had been in South Africa to shoot scenes, suggesting that much of the show will be set abroad.

Neither LeBlanc nor co-host Chris Evans have commented on reports that there has been friction on set.

The BBC recently shot down the rumours that Evans had been acting unprofessionally.

Director of Television Mark Linsey said: “It is rubbish to suggest Chris Evans' behaviour on the set of ‘Top Gear’ has been in any way unprofessional.

He added: “Chris is a consummate professional and a real team-player.”

The new series of Top Gear is due to air on May 22.
