Meghan Markle's sister has spoken out again against the bride-to-be with three days to go until the wedding, saying she has no right to censor her.

In another controversial outburst, Samantha Markle told US showbiz news site TMZ that Meghan can't "copyright" her freedom of speech, adding that she's "out of her league" to try and stop her from talking about their family,

Samantha said today: "If it's about my life or my father's there's something in this country known as freedom of speech.

"She doesn't have a copyright on that.

"She's not going to tell me that I can't speak about my own life or my father's where it's a matter of public self defence because the media is disparaging us.

"I'm not gonna take it she's not qualified to suggest that I don't under any law in this country, so this is not Great Britain.

"I am a US citizen and that's all there is to it.

"She's way out of her league to tell me that I can't speak.

"I'm not saying anything about her but If I'm talking about my life or my father's she has to respect it.

"Meg and I do not have a relationship now. But Meg does not have a relationship that I've seen with anyone in the family.

She said she has bought her sister a wedding gift that was "sentimental" but refused to say what it was.

Ms Grant, who has not been invited to Meghan’s wedding to Prince Harry at Windsor on Saturday, claimed full responsibility for the embarrassing story saying: “The bad press over my father doing staged photos is my fault.”

She added in the tweet: “The media was unfairly making him look bad so I suggested he do positive photos for his benefit, and the benefit of the royal family. We had no idea he would be taken advantage of.

“It was not for money.”

She made an appearance on Good Morning Britain where she publicly took the blame for her father's paparazzi set-up, and became the centre of a heated debate as presenter Piers Morgan ridiculed her behaviour.

He said: “You say that this is all the media’s fault that he’s not coming to the wedding because of this.

“Many of our viewers may have watched your activities in a year and half and noticed you have been treating your sister in a shabby way.”

He added: “Yeah but here’s the problem. The media have been bombarded with letters from Kensington Palace and Thomas Markle as well," he said.

“Now it turns out he was actively invading his own privacy for a cheque from a photographer.”

Thomas Markle Sr has since gone back and forth on a decision to attend the Royal wedding, where he was expected to walk his daughter Meghan down the aisle, with the latest report citing he will unlikely attend due to undergoing heart surgery.

The retired lighting director, 73, claims to have had a heart attack last week.

He reportedly told celebrity website TMZ: "They (doctors) will go in and clear blockage, repair damage and put a stent where it is needed."

In a statement today Kensington Palace announced who will be the bridesmaids and page boys for the wedding with Prince George, 4, and Princess Charlotte, 3, taking key slots.
