Katie Price will be seen caring for her terminally-ill mother and dealing with the fallout from her marriage split in the second series of her reality show.

The former glamour model has been shooting scenes in which she looks after mother, Amy, in the months following her shock diagnosis with Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, an incurable lung condition.

In the second series of Katie Price: My Crazy Life, the star will also address her split from Kieran Hayler and the allegations of his serial cheating.

After speaking in front of the select committee in Parliament to urge them to tackle online bullying, Price announced plans or the re-commissioned series of the show.

“There’s always drama in the Pricey household and I think this year might well be the craziest yet so I had to do another series of ‘My Crazy Life’ with Quest Red,” she said.

“Taking on Parliament, helping my Mum, keeping the kids in check, and of course figuring out what is going on with Kieran – nothing is off limits and it will all be in the new show.”

Price recently broke down in tears on Loose Women while discussing her mother’s recent diagnosis, saying that the late Keith Chegwin, who died from IPF last year, had been helping the family.

“IPF [idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis] isn’t well known and there should be more awareness because once you’re diagnosed, it’s too late. It’s an incurable lung disease – no one knows how you get it,” she said.

“Keith got in touch and we’d been speaking to him a lot and he was trying to help my mum. I knew all along about Keith but I never said it to anyone and I can’t believe that within six months he’s gone.”
