World Cup decision delayed

Confirmation of the hosts for next year's World Cup has been delayed another 24 hours amid rumours that New Zealand may yet stage some part of the tournament.

The Kiwis were co-hosts, but were ditched after an advertising row.

The International Rugby Board is thought to be having a rethink about Australia hosting it alone.
