Surrey seek 12th win

14 April 2012

Mark Ramprakash is likely to be a key figure at The Oval this evening as Surrey aim to maintain their unbeaten record in Twenty20 cricket.

Ramprakash has been a big hit in the competition this season and yesterday he scored 66 as his side gained a rare victory in the totesport league against Kent at Canterbury.

But Surrey, who won the Twenty20 Cup last year and have now registered 11 victories and no defeats, will need to be at their best against quarter-final opponents Worcestershire.

The visitors will be brimming with confidence after reaching the C&G Trophy final.
Today's Twenty20 quarter-finals (5.30) - The Oval: Surrey v Worcs. Cardiff: Glamorgan v Warwicks. Leicester: Leics v Essex. Southampton: Hampshire v Lancs.
