Palace setback

Crystal Palace suffered a pre-season setback last night when they lost 2-0 at Bournemouth.

Second-half goals by Danny Thomas and Warren Feeney were enough to see off Palace, who gave Academy defender Will Antic his first 90 minutes for the club.

World Cup players Clinton Morrison and Gregg Berhalter, whose move to Greek club Iraklis has fallen through, returned to training on Monday but are short of match fitness.
