New deal for young Wasp

England Under-21 international James Haskell has signed a new two-year contract with Wasps which will begin at the start of next season.

The 20-year-old flanker said: "I'm very excited. The next two years are going to be very important in my development.

"At Wasps I'm lucky, as I've got Lawrence Dallaglio, Joe Worsley and Jonny O'Connor to learn from.

"The competition for a spot in the back row is very fierce but I'm going to work as hard as I can and take all the opportunities that I can get in the next two seasons."
