Helguson back to lead Watford survival fight

Top scorer Heidar Helguson is poised to return for Watford's trip to Plymouth tomorrow.

The Icelandic striker missed the 3-1 defeat at Burnley, the first game under new manager Adrian Boothroyd, after picking up a groin strain.

Helguson, who has scored 16 goals this season, should be back to lead the attack as Watford seek a win to ease their relegation fears.

On-loan Sheffield United defender Danny Cullip is set to make his debut after recovering from a thigh injury.

Boothroyd said: "I know our predicament but there was plenty for me to be encouraged about on Saturday."
