Fulham get tough over FA Cup tickets

Leo Spall13 April 2012

Fulham today warned they will be taking a hard line against any supporters trying to use forged tickets to get into their FA Cup tie against Manchester United at Craven Cottage on Sunday.

The game has attracted interest far beyond the 19,250 ground capacity and local police have information that fakes are being produced.

But Fulham safety officer Stuart Farrar said: "Any person attempting to enter the ground by the use of a forged ticket will make themselves liable to arrest.

"These forgeries will be identifiable to the police and club by their design and numbering. There are no more tickets on sale."
