Italy coach Marcello Lippi has several injury worries in his squad

Italy forward Vincenzo Iaquinta has been diagnosed with a minor back problem after sitting out training yesterday.

Team physio Enrico Castellacci said Iaquinta would be re-evaluated today.

Also, centre-back Giorgio Chiellini missed training for the second day with a minor left calf-muscle problem and was listed as day-to-day.

The Azzurri are training at high altitude - 2,000 meters (6,500 feet) - and will be based in Sestriere for the next two weeks, with day trips to Brussels on June 3 for a friendly with Mexico and to Geneva two days later for a warm-up match with Switzerland.
