Who will win the Premier League title? Chelsea and Tottenham battle for trophy with six games remaining

Tom Dutton17 April 2017

The Premier League title race has taken an intriguing twist after Tottenham cut the gap to four points with six games to go.

Chelsea held a 10-point lead in the race for the league crown on April 1, but defeats to Crystal Palace and Manchester United have halted their charge in recent weeks.

Meanwhile, Mauricio Pochettino's men have maintained a winning habit, taking three points in a club record seven straight matches.

Many of those wins have been in emphatic fashion and Spurs now boast a significantly healthier goal difference than their title rivals.

Tottenham's tally is eight goals better than Chelsea's and while their run-in looks harder, Spurs can land a psychological blow as the form side going into next week's FA Cup semi-final between the two sides.
