Manuel Lanzini has insisted he’s happy at West Ham, though admits he’s unsure of what the future holds.

Amid a tough season for the Hammers, Lanzini, alongside summer signing Marko Arnautovic, have stood out, especially since the arrival of David Moyes.

The Argentine, who scored his first international goal in a friendly against Italy on Friday, has slowly but surely taken on the burden of filling the hole left by Dimitri Payet following his departure.

Having been linked to the likes of Liverpool and London rivals Tottenham in recent seasons, the playmaker insisted he couldn’t be happier at London Stadium.

“I’ve always said I am very happy at the club and it’s a club where I feel very comfortable and I really enjoy working with this group of players,” Lazini told the club’s website.

“I've been here for three years now and I get on well with a lot of people. We have a lot of big personalities here and big players here and I truly get on well with everyone at the club.

“I always give 100 per cent to the club. I don’t know what will happen in the future, but today I am very, very happy and I love playing here.”

The 25-year-old, who has two years remaining on his deal in east London, will be hoping to add to his first international goal when Argentina face Spain on Tuesday, before returning to West Ham ahead of their all-important clash with Southampton.
