Liverpool moved 19 points clear at the summit of the Premier League after a comfortable 2-0 win over West Ham in the capital.

David Lynch was in place at the London Stadium to run the rule over Jurgen Klopp's side.

Alisson: 8

Called upon infrequently in a match Liverpool dominated, but made two world-class stops - one from Robert Snodgrass, another from Declan Rice - to kill off hopes of a West Ham fightback.

Trent Alexander-Arnold: 6

Tends to struggle finding space when up against a wing-back and that was certainly the case here. Spared an own goal by the width of the post.

Joe Gomez: 8

Spent much of the match dealing with Sebastien Haller, who had no interest in playing near Van Dijk. Did everything that was asked of him in another solid display.

Virgil Van Dijk: 8

Played on autopilot for much of the match but had one chance to prove himself unbeatable when Robert Snodgrass ran at him before thinking better of it in the second half.

Andy Robertson: 7

Put in some dangerous crosses early on and nearly finished off a beauty of a passing move in the first half only to be denied by a goalline clearance.

Jordan Henderson: 8

Has taken his game to another level of late and was excellent once again tonight. Snapped into tackles, moved the ball well, and showed his underrated vision with the pass that put Liverpool in position to create their second goal.

Georginio Wijnaldum: 7

Rarely lost possession and plugged every gap opened by his teammates’ adventurous runs forward. Another solid showing.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain: 7

Surrenders possession more frequently than any other midfielder as a result of being more naturally forward-thinking, but always gets back in to make up for it. Did really well to get across his man and produce a composed finish to seal the win.

Divock Origi: 6

Tried his best to do a Sadio Mane impression on the left but struggled for obvious reasons. Won the penalty but was quiet either side of that in truth. 6

Mohamed Salah: 8

Took his penalty with aplomb and picked out a beauty of a pass to set Oxlade-Chamberlain away to seal the result. Hit the post looking for what would have been a deserved second goal. 8

Roberto Firmino: 7

Did well to keep the ball alive in the move that led to Liverpool winning a penalty and taking the lead. Popped up in dangerous areas all night to give the West Ham defence a major headache. 7

Fabinho: 5

Still looked a little rusty during his cameo but is sure to be vital to the Reds in the coming months. 5

Naby Keita: 7

Has only just returned from injury like Fabinho but looked far more lively during his time on the pitch. Needs to stay fit.

Curtis Jones: 6

Really bright off the bench as Liverpool saw it out.
