How did Chelsea's players fare on international duty?

Jose Mourinho has had to do without the majority of his squad for the last two weeks as many of the Chelsea stars have left west London to represent their nations in Euro 2016 qualifiers as well as a number of friendlies.

The last time the Portuguese tactician saw his team in action was when they were beaten 2-1 at home by Crystal Palace, and Mourinho will be hoping the two-week international break has improved the confidence and form of his struggling Blues players.

Some of Chelsea's stars will indeed return to London in a more optimistic mood after the likes of Gary Cahill helped their nations seal - or come close to sealing - qualification to next year's European Championships.

But while these players achieved their nations' collective aims, how did they perform individually during the international break?
