Fulham pair Ryan Sessegnon and Tom Cairney have been included in the PFA Championship Team of the Year.

Both men have been stand-out performers for Slavisa Jokanovic's side, who remain in the race for a play-off place with three games left to play.

Sessegnon has earned raved reviews throughout the campaign, with the 16-year-old tipped to play at the highest level in the future.

The left-back has scored five goals in 21 Championship appearances and is expected to sign his first professional contract at Craven Cottage when he turns 17.

Skipper Cairney has also been a driving force in the Cottagers' push for the Premier League, having missed just one game this season.

The 26-year-old has scored 10 goals; a feat no other Fulham player can better.

The west Londoners currently occupy sixth place in the table - level on points with Leeds - and will keep their hopes of promotion alive if their form continues during the run-in.
