Emma Hayes immediately set her sights on Euro glory after Chelsea Women moved a step closer to the quadruple by retaining the WSL title.

Chelsea beat Reading 5-0 to be crowned champions and now face the biggest game in their history against Barcelona in the Champions League Final on Sunday.

The Blues have already won the League Cup, while they face Everton in the FA Cup fifth round, and Hayes says her players are ready to put in the "performance of their lives" against Barcelona in Gothenburg.

"Now we have got to give it everything to win the Champions League," said the Chelsea manager, whose side remain on course to emulate the Arsenal team of 2007, who became the first and only English club to win a quadruple of major trophies.

"We have got the team to do it. We are ready. This is the best squad in my time here.

"I did not think we looked fresh against Reading, three games in a week was hard on us and we were sluggish. But we show our resilience and our mentality.

"We have got a week to get right and I am sure the girls will put in the performance of their lives."
