Chelsea are still considering taking Eden Hazard on their tour to the Far East on Tuesday despite not being fit to play.

Hazard is not due to return to full training for another six weeks having fractured his right ankle last month.

The Belgium international has had the cast taken off and is now walking without any discomfort.

Conte thinks Hazard could still benefit from being with the first team squad and seeing what they are working on in training.

However, the club are in discussions with the medical department and won't risk taking Hazard to China and Singapore if there is any danger the travel could have a negative impact on his recovery.

Antonio Conte's side are due to face Arsenal, Bayern Munich and Inter Milan while on tour.

Hazard is not expected to be back playing for Chelsea until after the first international break in September, meaning he will miss Premier League matches against Burnley, Tottenham and Everton.
