I would be surprised if Walter Mazzarri is still Watford manager at the end of the season.

They are a club who are happy to move quickly through managers and players and from what you hear, the supporters have not been impressed by what they have seen.

I have not seen Watford every week but when I have, the style of play has often been dour. Their good results have been achieved through tenacity and athleticism rather than free-flowing football.

here is nothing wrong with that but it sounds as though the writing is on the wall for Mazzarri.

Ross Barkley could cause him further problems at Goodison Park. Barkley may leave Everton in the summer but he needs to be careful. He could find himself watching a lot from the bench if he moved to a club like, say, Tottenham.
