Tom Doyle30 September 2017

Eden Hazard starts for Chelsea in today's Premier League clash against Manchester City.

Hazard impressed for Antonio Conte's Blues in the midweek Champions League win at Atletico Madrid, and makes his first Premier League start of the season at Stamford Bridge.

Tiemoue Bakayoko sits in midfield with N'Golo Kante and Cesc Fabregas, while Andreas Christensen starts in defence in place of the suspended David Luiz.

Pep Guardiola is without Sergio Aguero after the striker broke a rib in a car crash in the Netherlands on Thursday evening, while Benjamin Mendy is a long-term absentee after rupturing his anterior cruciate ligament.

Those absences see Guardiola start Fabian Delph at left-back, while Gabriel Jesus leads the City attack.

Chelsea: Courtois, Rudiger, Christensen, Cahill, Azpilicueta, Kante, Bakayoko, Fabregas, Alonso, Hazard, Morata.

Subs: Caballero, Pedro, Moses, Kenedy, Zappacosta, Willian, Batshuayi.

Man City: Ederson, Walker, Stones, Otamendi, Delph, De Bruyne, Fernandinho, Silva, Sane, Gabriel Jesus, Sterling.

Subs: Bravo, Danilo, Gundogan, Mangala, Bernardo Silva, Alexander, Zinchenko, Toure.
