Chelsea target Hakan Calhanoglu is open to leaving Bayer Leverkusen this summer if a deal can be struck, his agent has said.

The Turkish playmaker is unable to play for the rest of the season after the Court of Arbitration for Sport upheld a ban he had been handed by Fifa over a transfer from Trabzonspor to Karlsruhe in 2011.

Standard Sport understands that Antonio Conte is considering a move for Calhanoglu in the summer and the 23-year-old’s agent would not rule out a possible departure in the summer.

However Bektas Demitras insisted it would be up to Leverkusen to decide whether to cash in on one of their top players.

"Hakan will be [under contract] at Leverkusen for three years," he told Kicker. "If an offer comes along that is fine for Bayer and which also fits with Hakan, we will do a transfer. But the final decision lies with the club."
