Images of Arsenal’s new home and away kits for the 2019-20 season have been leaked online.

Arsenal announced last October that adidas would replace Puma as their official kit sponsor as of next season in a deal worth a reported £300million over a five-year period.

The German sportswear giant looks to have immediately won fans over with leaked images featuring Alexandre Lacazette and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang wearing the new shirts delighting supporters on social media.

The images, which initially appeared on Reddit thread r/gunners, appear to be a tribute to Arsenal’s 1986 kit.

Club legend Ian Wright uploaded the same image of Aubameyang and Lacazette on Wednesday evening before hastily taking it down.

Arsenal are nearing the end of a five-year contract with Puma and will play in their shirts for a final time in Wednesday’s Europa League final against Chelsea.

The new deal will mark the first time that Arsenal have worn adidas shirts since 1994.
