The transfer window is in full swing, and speculation has been spreading as Premier League clubs weigh up whether to make moves for players in the coming weeks.

Liverpool and Arsenal are among the few sides to have completed business early in the window, the former bringing in Steven Caulker on loan whilst the latter added to their midfield ranks with Mohamed Elneny.

With much of their pressing business complete both sides can now afford to look to the future and perhaps plan some big buys for the summer.

However reports would suggest that Jurgen Klopp and Arsene Wenger are on a collision course over the fastest player in La Liga.

Both teams are reported to be keen on Athletic Bilbao’s Inaki Williams, whose top speed has been clocked at over 22 miles per hour.

Williams buyout clause is claimed to be £15.3 million, would this injection of pace suit Arsenal and Liverpool at that price?
