Antonio Conte insists he has no problems with the way Chelsea conduct their transfer business and says it won't be a stumbling block over agreeing a new deal.

It has been reported that Conte wants greater control of Chelsea's recruitment policy and that he won't sign an extension until it's granted.

But as Standard Sport reported yesterday, it is understood Conte is in regular contact with director Marina Granovskaia and technical director Michael Emenalo over plans for next season and has been assured he will get the funding to buy four key players in the summer.

Conte has confirmed there are no issues and that he intends to stay at the club long-term.

He said: "I don't understand that (the story about demanding greater control) because you can read this situation and it's not true: honestly, I have a good relationship and when I need something I speak with the club.

"We always find a way to try and find the right solution, but always together.

"If we always take the right solution, it's very difficult.

"But we always take the decision together.

"My contract situation is the same. We have a target (to win the League and FA Cup) and it's important we concentrate on trying to reach that target.

"I repeat: I'm very happy to be Chelsea's coach and I want to continue in this way for many years."
