Alexis Sanchez has made up his mind about whether he'll stay at Arsenal or leave the club this summer, although the Chilean refused to reveal what his decision is.

The 28-year-old has just a year left on his current contract at Arsenal but the Gunners are believed to have offered the forward a complex package worth about £300,000-a-week to persuade him to turn down potential interest from clubs such as Manchester City.

Standard Sport reported earlier this month that Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich were also willing to offer Sanchez a better deal than the one tabled by Arsenal, but president Uli Hoeness appeared to pour cold water on any prospective move for the Chilean this week after saying the club cannot build a new team based on expensive veteran signings.

Sanchez is currently with his nation Chile at the Confederations Cup, where La Roja will play Germany in the final, and has insisted he will only think about his future once the tournament in Russia is over.

But during a press conference to preview Chile's game against Germany, Sanchez was asked about his future and questioned if he could become a club teammate of his compatriot Claudio Bravo at City.

"Good question," he said. "Right now I'm focused on the Confederations Cup. When this is finished I will see if I stay or if I go. I don't know."

When then asked whether he already knows where he'll play his football next season, Sanchez replied: "Yes it's clear but I can't tell you."

Chile coach Juan Antonio Pizzi was asked about Sanchez's situation at Arsenal this week, and said the 28-year-old is going through a "special situation" in his club career because so many sides want him.

Pizzi said: "Everybody would like to be in a similar situation because the best clubs in the world would like to have him, although he is already playing for a great club.

"He's a very responsible person and he knows exactly what he has to do. We'll see what happens but right now, he is very comfortable and committed to the national team."
