Flintoff and Pietersen passed fit

12 April 2012

Andrew Flintoff and Kevin Pietersen have been passed fit for England's one-day series decider against West Indies.

The pair both suffered injuries in Sunday's nine-wicket win in Barbados and were considered doubtful for Friday's final match of the Caribbean tour.

But Pietersen has shrugged off a back spasm, while all-rounder Flintoff is expected to play despite a left thumb injury.

The tourists are delaying naming their line-up until Friday but are likely to field an unchanged team.
