Chelsea fans bring London streets to a standstill with title celebrations

It was not just David Luiz and Diego Costa disrupting proceedings on Friday as Chelsea celebrated their fifth Premier League title.

While their travelling supporters partied in and around West Brom’s Hawthorns stadium following Friday night’s victory over West Brom, fans back in London took to the streets in celebrations.

Fulham Broadway was closed in both directions as fans took to the streets to celebrated their sixth top flight championship – their first under manager Antonio Conte.

Transport For London confirmed that the road was reopened just before 11:30pm.
