Bogdanovic out of Rhode Island

Alex Bogdanovic is out of the Hall of Fame Championships in Newport, Rhode Island, after a first round defeat to Danai Udomchoke.

The Thai claimed the first set 6-3 at the grass-court tournament in America but the British number three fought back to claim the second 6-3.

However, his exertions in getting level proved in vain as he lost the deciding set 6-0.
