Gordon Ramsay's wife Tana faced her own Waterloo when she was voted off Dancing on Ice after skating to the Abba hit.

Nervous: Tana Ramsay is not such an ice queen after all

Ramsay, who always looked nervous on the ice, faced former Coronation Street actor Danny Young in the skate-off after they received the fewest viewer votes.

The judging panel voted unanimously last night to save Young who has been one of their favourites since the series began.

"I have had such a fantastic, fantastic time," said Ramsay whose celebrity chef husband was in the audience.

"I have loved every single bit of it."

She praised her professional skating partner Stuart Widdall for having "the patience of a saint".

Former Emmerdale actress Hayley Tamaddon topped the judges' leaderboard once again with 23 points out of a possible 30 for her routine to Donna Summer's No More Tears (Enough is Enough) during the 1970s themed show.

Emily Atack was bottom of the scoreboard with just 10.5 points for her routine to Baccara's Yes Sir I Can Boogie.

The Inbetweeners actress burst into tears with relief when she heard viewers had voted her through to next week.

GMTV's Dr Hilary Jones was also relieved to make it through after scoring just 11.5 points for his performance to Neil Diamond's Sweet Caroline.

Judge Jason Gardiner told Jones: "You are improving very slightly but not enough."

When the audience booed loudly, Jones joked: "I didn't hear a word of what you said. I think it's all good isn't it?"

Charity campaigner Heather Mills mouthed "thank you" and blew a kiss to viewers after they voted her through.

Mills had struggled with her prosthetic leg during training and had struggled to get used to a replacement.

After several falls during practice sessions, Mills said she had been glued in to ensure the leg didn't slip during her performance to The Emotions' Best of My Love.

She had scored 12.5 points and the judges said she would have to rely on the generosity of the viewers to give her another chance.

Gardiner saved his nastiest criticism for former swimmer Sharron Davies.

She wore a skimpy brown costume to skate to Carole King's You've Got A Friend, after a difficult week which saw her break down in tears, exhausted, during Monday's training session.

After she scored 15 points from the judges Gardiner told her: "It was like watching faecal matter that won't flush. It goes around and around and around but doesn't go anywhere."
