Newlyweds Stacey Solomon and Joe Swash enjoyed an intimate date night to tick off of their ‘bucket list’ on Sunday.

The Loose Women panellist, 32, went with 40-year-old Swash and the previous ‘King of the Jungle’ to a Simply Red concert on August 7.

The former X Factor contestant posted on her Instagram story on Tuesday night the real reason behind the newlyweds’ concert trip.

Solomon and the former Eastenders actor were busy ticking date night ideas off of their bucket list as a honeymoon activity after they chose to stay close to home.

The pair sang along to Mick Hucknall’s hit songs with Simply Red at Hatfield Park in Hertfordshire to close off the weekend.

The happy couple.

The mum-of-four posted a clip of herself and Swash singing along to the 1991 track, Stars.

She said on her Instagram story: “When Joe was younger his mum and dad used to take him in the caravan and sing Simply Red all the way there.

“This is one of his favourite memories of being little with his dad. So it was the most special night.”

Swash lost his father to a heart attack at the tender age of 11, after sadly finding him unconscious in their family home.

The newlyweds, who are also stars of Celebrity Gogglebox, held their nuptials at their Essex home in Pickle Cottage last month.

Soloman has said: “We are calling it a ‘honeymoon’ because we just wanted to spend it at home with all the kids all summer.

“We’re always one in one out and all over the place. So this time at home is just all we could have dreamed of.”
