Peter Sellers' daughter to be deported from U.S.

Peter Sellers' daughter Victoria is to be deported from the US after being arrested for violating immigration laws.

The 41-year-old is being held in a detention centre until she is sent back to Britain, authorities have confirmed.

Her mother is former Bond girl and Get Carter star Brit Ekland. Sellers has been on the run since April 2002 after a judge ordered her to be removed from the States for a past criminal conviction.

A warrant was issued for her arrest but Sellers avoided being caught until Monday. Sellerswas jailed in 1994 for receiving stolen jewellery and in 1995 for a drugs offence.
