Victoria Beckham was spotted in this rather impractical outfit as she boarded a flight in Los Angeles yesterday with her son Romeo.

The pair are headed back to London for Romeo's seventh birthday, with the rest of the family joining them later this week.

It's been a rollercoaster ride for Team Beckham recently.

While Victoria impressed as a guest judge on American Idol, David found himself facing the wrath of LA Galaxy fans, who have been questioning his commitment to the club.

The whole family dined out at Mastro's restaurant in Beverly Hills on Monday night, and everyone — even the kids — looked like they were in a bad mood.
