His colourful love life and smooth moves with the ladies has earned him the nickname the 'bad boy of the ballroom'.

But dashing Strictly Come Dancing star Brendan Cole's latest relationship looks like love - after just four months.

British model Zoe Hobbs, 26, appears to have finally tamed the notorious ladies man, who has been linked with Camilla Dallerup, Abi Titmuss and newsreader Natasha Kaplinsky.

But on a recent trip to the dancer's native New Zealand, the pair couldn't keep their hands off each other.

And the 32-year-old showed admitted he has already introduced Miss Hobbs to his parents.

"I wanted her to see my home, to show her who I am and where I was brought up. I've felt this deeply about someone only once, maybe twice before," he said in Hello!

"It doesn't come along every day, but when it does, you have to grab it with both hands."

"I have a passionate, fiery nature," he said. "But it comes straight from the heart. I'm no saint and have done a few things I'm not proud of, but I'm by no means as bad as I've been painted.

"I don't talk about Natasha, but I wish her well. Camilla and I are friends now - she'll always be an important part of my life. But now I've found a new relationship and it feels good."

Cole is currently a judge on Dancing With The Stars, the New Zealand version of Strictly Come Dancing. And Oxford-born beauty Miss Hobbs has revealed she has no concerns over her boyfriend's reputation as a womaniser.

"Yes, I was aware of Brendan's reputation before he met me," she said. "But I try not to listen to gossip. The more I get to know Brendan, the more I realise he's a good guy, and not how he's been portrayed at all."

"He's very romantic in little ways everyday. He'll go out of my way to make my life easier. When I'm running late he makes me breakfast, and will fetch my portfolio from my agency if I'm late for a casting. He's conventionally very romantic."

But the star says he is happy not to waltz into marriage just yet.

"We've been spending a lot of time together, so watch this space," he said. "But if there's one thing I've learned over the past few years it's that things change. You can be happy in love one minute, but who knows what's around the corner."

"I think I'd make a good dad one day, but until then, Zoe and I are enjoying each other and it's fantastic."
