Housemates face surprise eviction

A surprise eviction is planned for one of the remaining five Big Brother housemates today

Since Derek was voted off the show last week, the public has been nominating who it wants to win the competition.

This evening host Davina McCall will tell the housemate with the least number of votes that they will be the next evictee.

The announcement will be made during a live show and the unlucky contestant will have only an hour to prepare to leave.

Bookmakers Paddy Power have Eugene as favourite to win with odds of 8/13, next is Anthony 6/5, Makosi 20/1, then Craig 33/1 and finally Kinga at 40/1.

A spokesman for the company said: "Anthony had been the favourite for nearly a month but Eugene is making a late run for the money.

"Everyone is piling in to the loveable geek from Crawley whose odds have plummeted over the last five days from 6/1 to 8/13. But there's a long way to go yet."
