Who said men can't multi-task. Geri Halliwell's personal trainer-cum-bodyguard seems to be doing a fine job of juggling a number of priorities.

As Geri - who's looking more Sporty than Ginger Spice today - limbered up for an outdoor workout, the hulking great bodyguard kept her dinky pet dog, Shih-tzu Harry, under control.

Unfortunately for him, it looks like Harry had to make a pit-stop. But the handy hulk doesn't flinch and stooped down to scoop the poop.

A thin-looking Geri looks tiny in her cropped leggings and white t-shirt and seems to be going through another of her lean spells.

The following day, she stepped out showing a more glamorous side while visiting a London hotel.

The former Spice Girl is reported to be working out hard to look her best for a new ITV chatshow and Spice Girls reunion.

Geri, 34, is being lined up to host her own ITV1 chat show. A pilot is being made by Talkback Thames, the company behind The X Factor. If it proves a hit with ITV bosses, the show is set to land a primetime weekday slot.

In addition to her TV career, she is writing a series of children's books to be published next year.

Halliwell is currently in the process of reinventing herself following the birth of daughter Bluebell Madonna.

The singer, who has long battled eating disorders, has seen her weight plunge and soar over the years, from her curvy iconic Union Jack look at the Brit Awards, to a painfully thin look when she weighed just six-and-half stone.
