Gemma Collins got into the festive spirit on Thursday alongside Holly Willoughby and a host of other British celebrities at the opening of Hyde Park’s Winter Wonderland.

The former The Only Way Is Essex (TOWIE) star, 41, took the red carpet by storm alongside Santa Claus in a Fendi jumpsuit and glamorous faux fur coat.

Meanwhile, Willoughby, 42, smiled for the cameras as she protected herself against the capital’s chilly temperatures with a black beanie, chunky boots and jacket.

Other famous faces at the launch of the annual Christmas event included Stacey Solomon and husband Joe Swash, Jason Donovan, Nick Grimshaw, and Rochelle and Marvin Humes.

Love Island star Shaughna Phillips cradled her baby bump for photographers, while Dancing On Ice hopeful Joey Essex and presenter Vogue Williams were also present.

The event, home to the UK’s largest outdoor ice rink, is celebrating 15 years this year. With old favourites returning and special new additions, the family fun extravaganza promises to be the “most magical one yet”.

This year’s Winter Wonderland began on November 18, 2022 and ends on January 2, 2023. It will be open daily from 10am until 10pm.

Six new attractions have been added to this year’s event, including a new obstacle course called the Edelweiss Funhouse. The VR experience Dr Archibald from 2019 has also returned.

There will also be new street-food stalls across Hyde Park, so you can dine and snack on all sorts of cuisines. Santa Land has added a new family value package, which allows you to enjoy four Santa Land rides for £10.

Winter Wonderland hasn’t forgotten about the old favourites, either. The ice rink, ice bar, Zippos Christmas Circus, Cirque Berserk shows and the Giant Wheel are all back.

Another popular attraction, the Real Ice Slide, is also getting a new lane this year to enable shorter waiting times.
