Chelsy Davy pal gets Prince Harry hot under the collar

Prince Harry has given his girlfriend Chelsy Davy a right royal dressing down after she was spotted getting too close to renowned Sloane playboy Hugo Taylor. Word has got back to Harry that Hugo made a play for his girl at the relaunch of nightclub Chinawhite last week.

Our well-placed source revealed: "Harry was furious when he heard Chelsy was with Hugo at Chinawhite.

"Hugo had told a number of pals that he's got his eye on Chelsy, and as they are all in the same circle of friends it got straight back to Harry."

Hugo, known as "Fagin" by friends, is the new promoter of Chinawhite and is a well-known player who has been linked to Princess Eugenie and model Saskia Boxford.

The source added: "Hugo's renowned in the King's Road set as a party animal who has dated dozens of girls. On the night of the party Hugo doted on Chelsy. He made a beeline for her as soon as she arrived, and he bought her drinks for the whole night.

"The VIP area in the club is tiny, and she spent most of the night at his table, where they were chatting and dancing.

"Harry told pals he couldn't believe Chelsy went to the club just to see Hugo. He isn't at all happy about it."

Chelsy and Harry met in 2004 and were together for five years. They split at the beginning of this year and have been linked with a number of other people — namely Harry with TV presenter Caroline Flack — but finally sorted out their differences and got back together last month.

Despite seeing other women, the prince has reportedly told friends he was "gutted" when Chelsy called off their romance.
