Robbie Williams has announced he will be reunited with his Take That bandmates for the final of Let It Shine.

Williams, 43, will perform alongside Gary Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald on the BBC reality show.

He will also take on the role of a guest judge as he helps Barlow, Dannii Minogue and Martin Kemp pick five men to cast in an upcoming musical featuring Take That hits.

Speaking about reuniting with the band, Williams said: “I’m looking forward to being back with Gary, Mark and Howard on Let It Shine and am excited to be a guest judge for the very special final.”

Barlow was reportedly spotted on the set of Williams’ new video for single Mixed Signals in London.

A source told The Sun: “Robbie is going to cause mayhem among Take That fans when his video is released,” a source told The Sun.

“Gary was obviously more than happy to get involved with it.

“They talk all the time and have got all sorts of plans for new Take That stuff, but they knew this would be a way to whet our appetites.”

Williams left the group in 1995 and enjoyed success as a solo artist.

He later rejoined and toured with the group’s sixth album, Progress.

Speaking to The Sun he said: “We'll do a Greatest Hits album next year and tour the year after.

“A Greatest Hits with everyone would be amazing but I personally can’t imagine Jason coming back on stage for quite a few years. But if Rob could do something that would be brilliant."
