Christine McGuinness has liked a cryptic Instagram post in the wake of reports she is working on her marriage to Take Me Out host Paddy McGuinness after he was pictured arm-in-arm with Nicole Appleton.

Christine, 29, appeared to hint at their alleged relationship troubles by liking a post about “karma” and “revenge”.

The post read: “Don’t waste your time on revenge. Those who hurt you will eventually face their own karma.”

Paddy and Christine hit the headlines after he was pictured with All Saints singer Appleton in Soho earlier this month.

Christine posted a cryptic Instagram post before tweeting: “When you realise you deserve so much more.. that’s not a bad thing.”

Paddy was then seen comforting his wife days later at a park near their home in Cheshire.

The Take Me Out presenter has now reportedly managed to “win back [Christine’s] trust”.

A source told The Sun: “Things were really not good between the couple up until early last week and friends were left fearing for their marriage.

“They have had some very heated and emotional arguments over the last couple of weeks and Paddy obviously had a lot of explaining to do to Christine.

“Christine now believes her husband when he says that nothing romantic happened with Nicole and he has managed to win back her trust.”

Standard Online has contacted a representative for Paddy for comment.

The celebrity couple have twins Leo and Penelope, four, and one-year-old daughter Felicity.

In 2017, they revealed that their twins are autistic, with Christine fighting back tears on Loose Women when she opened up about the diagnosis.
