Naomie Harris has revealed that she hasn’t heard anything about if she will be in the new James Bond movie, but is hoping to be asked back.

The Bond girl actress, who was on the red carpet for her latest film Rampage, appeared as Miss Moneypenny in 2012 film Skyfall and 2015’s Spectre but admitted she is yet to find out if she’ll reprise her role once more.

Speaking to ITV London, she said: “It’ll be very disappointing if I’m not involved. I really hope they ask me back. I haven’t heard anything.

“I know it’s going later in the year and released next year. I know quite excitingly that Daniel [Craig] is definitely back and I’ve heard that Danny Boyle is attached as director. Who knows.”

The Moonlight star plays Dr. Kate Caldwell in the upcoming action movie, starring alongside Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson who plays Davis Okoye.

Caldwell teams up with Okoye to save silverback gorilla George who has been turned from a friend into an aggressive beast.

The duo must stop Ralph, a grey wolf, and an American crocodile called Lizzie from destroying everything after being infected and forced to mutate.

Johnson was also on the carpet rolled out in Leicester Square, London on Wednesday evening as was Malin Åkerman who plays Claire Wyden.

The film also has Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Jake Lacy and Marley Shelton among its cast.

Rampage is in cinemas nationwide from Friday 13 April.
