Michelle Keegan has proved she’s not afraid to laugh at her own expense after posting pre and post glam shots of herself.

The Our Girl actress, 31, couldn’t stop laughing as she compared her no make-up look to her glammed up appearance during a photoshoot for Very.

Keegan posted an Instagram video comparing the two images, with a member of the shoot saying: “What you see. What I see.”

She captioned the video: “Tagged photos vs profile photos.”

It’s not the first time the former Coronation Street star has been keen to show fans her true appearance having recently posted a no make-up selfie at home.

But she came under fire with many claiming they could see eye shadow and accused her of filtering the picture.

Keegan previously opened up about shunning make-up, saying it makes her feel more confident.

“I prefer wearing no makeup anyway, because I like the contrast when you go out at night and you look different,” she told Cosmopolitan in 2015.

“I actually feel more confident with less makeup than I do with makeup on. I don't know if it's because I was playing Tina (on Coronation Street) for 7 years and I didn't wear makeup at work that I just got used to it.”

Keegan is currently gearing up for the release of her upcoming film, Strangeways Here We Come in which she is seen sporting a fresh-face with frizzy hair and glasses in the trailer.

She plays Demi, who takes on a loan shark alongside the residents of a Salford estate after getting into debt. They later decide the only way to end their financial woes is to kill the loan shark and dispose of his body, but they accidentally kill his wife instead.
