Mark Wright got Khloé Kardashian to do an Essex accent and it was all very awkward

Mark Wright tried to get Khloé Kardashian to talk in an Essex accent during their interview – but it didn’t quite go to plan.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star joined former TOWIE star Wright on Extra TV for a chat about her clothing brand Good American.

But she was surrounded by two Essex accents, Wright and her CEO Emma Grede, and Wright felt it would be the perfect time to try and turn Kardashian into one of them.

And the reality star felt even more “left out” as she discovered Grede grew up only five minutes away from where Wright did.

Wright asked Kardashian: “Emma has a lovely accent. It's a stereotype Essex girl accent. Can you pull it off? Can you speak like us?"

The mum-of-one closed her eyes and quipped about “pressure” before struggling with the long sentence Grede suggested she tried.

In the end, Kardashian managed to say that she loves football in an Essex accent – sort of – and Wright seemed impressed.

Uploading the short clip to Instagram, Wright captioned: “When I got @khloekardashian to take off @emmagrede and my essex accent. Not too bad at all!!”

The former The Only Way Is Essex star, who is married to Michelle Keegan, works as an entertainment reporter over in Los Angeles and regularly rubs shoulders with the hottest names in showbiz.

Last month, he also chatted to Kardashian’s older sister Kim about life in the most famous reality family of all.
