Love Island finalist Wes Nelson might have been rejected by Megan Barton Hanson in favour of bombshell Alex Miller – but that hasn’t stopped him moving in with the glamour model.

Nelson, 20, shared a video of himself charging into Barton Hanson’s bedroom as she moved him into her flat in Southend on Thursday.

The couple enjoyed a day at the funfair before heading back to Barton Hanson’s flat where Nelson filmed the moment he ran inside screaming.

He posted the clip on Instagram and captioned the post: “Moving into Megs GAFFFFAAAA.”

The couple have been spending time in the model’s Essex hometown after finishing Love Island in fourth place on Monday night.

It comes a day after Nelson took Barton Hanson to meet his family and friends, telling fans they “absolutely adore her”.

Barton Hanson feared Nelson’s family would judge her on her stripper past after revealing previous boyfriends had “looked down” on her.

Speaking on Love Island ahead of meeting each other’s families Nelson said: “It’s not who you are it was a profession at the time. You don’t judge someone off what they have to do. You’ve made money you’ve done what you need to do.

“You’re a nice girl, you know what I mean you’re a lovely, beautiful girl. They’ll be like Wes you’ve done well.”

Champions Dani Dyer and Jack Fincham are also looking to move in together after Fincham popped the question on a hot air balloon date.

The couple – who walked away with £50,000 – have voiced plans to tie the knot next year, but kept schtum on how far they’ve progressed in the Do Bits Society.

“We’re getting married next year, 100 per cent,” Fincham told The Sun.

“Like my mum said to me so many times, ‘when you know about someone, you just know’… And now I know what she’s talking about”.

Dyer added: “My nan and gramps didn’t have sex until they were married. I do not think sex keeps a relationship going.”

Love Island: The Reunion is on ITV2, Sunday at 9pm
