Reality TV star Kim Kardashian is threatening to sue a photo agency for taking pictures of her, which she claims were taken from a helicopter above her home, according to reports.
US gossip site TMZ reported that Kardashian’s lawyer Marty Singer has sent a letter to Los Angeles based photo agency X17 claiming that a photographer broke the law by taking the photos with a telephoto lens.
Singer also hit out at the agency’s claim that the mother-of-one was lying naked by her pool, stating that she was in fact wearing a blue bikini and quickly covered herself with a towel on spotting the helicopter.
TMZ also reported that Singer warned X17 that if they sell the photos, they will face damages for invasion of privacy.

X17 appears to have removed the photos from its website.
Evening Standard Online has contacted a representative for Kim Kardashian and X17 for comment.
The 34-year-old - who is expecting her second child with husband Kanye West - this weekend uploaded a string of photos to document her Independence Day celebrations with her family.
Kardashian partied with West, Loren Ridinger, NBA star Scottie Pippen on a yacht on the Hudson River and even took toddler North , three, along to the event.
She also posted a picture of herself wearing a patriotic bodysuit and baseball cap.
