Katie Price’s mum Amy is reportedly demanding that her daughter's newest boyfriend Kris Boyson signs an “agreement” saying that he won’t spend her money or have a key to her house.

The concerns for her daughter come just as Price is embroiled in a divorce battle with ex-husband Kieran Hayler.

Price has since found love again with fitness trainer Boyson, 29, but sources claim that her unimpressed mum Amy is keen to make sure Boyson isn’t set to “financially ruin her”.

A source told The Sun Online: “Kris Boyson quite happily signed a confidentiality agreement, as he had no choice - all of Katie’s partners have done in the past.

“But this time her mum didn’t want her to be financially ruined like with previous boyfriends and husbands.

“In fact, she was so desperate for her daughter not to be financially taken advantage of, Katie’s mum Amy had a ‘boyfriend agreement’ written up for Kris to sign.”

The source claims that the document stresses that Boyson “couldn’t make money off the back of Price”. Nor could he have his own house key or access to her money including “PIN numbers and contactless cards”.

But the insider claims that “disgusted” Boyson was not happy with the agreement and “threw it in the recycling”.

Standard Online has contacted representatives for Price for comment.

Price’s finances haven’t been far from the headlines in recent weeks after the former model was given 12 weeks by the court to sort affairs before being potentially being declared bankrupt.

A representative for the reality TV star said: "Katie is aware of the hearing and is working with her advisers to resolve her current financial issues.

"She hopes to be in a position to do so and reach agreement with her creditors."
