Katie Price has hit back at accusations she was “flogging” her two youngest children on Instagram.

The ex-model shared a snap of five-year-old Jett and Bunny, four, wrapped up in shiny coats, with a caption naming the company.

Trolls were quick to comment on the photo and accused Price of “flogging” her children, asking her “how much she got paid” to share the post.

Price clapped back at the comments, saying she hasn't received any payment. “Actually I haven’t been paid to do a post or been asked thankyou very much,” she wrote.

Hours later, the 40-year-old hinted that she wasn’t bothered by the accusations in a series of cryptic Instagram posts.

Sharing several quotes, one read: “Who the f*** cares? Make your money, pay your bills, take care of you and your family, and don’t worry about what someone else thinks.”

In another post, Price declared that she is “no longer nice” because she “doesn’t want to be used or walked over”.

The emotive post read: “Yes, I’ve changed. I’m not as nice as I used to be because I don’t want to get used or walked over.

“I don’t trust everyone and tell them my secrets because behind every fake smile, there’s a backstabber.

“I distance myself from people because in the end they’re only going to leave. I have changed because I have realized that I’m the only person I can depend on.”

The post wasn’t the first time Price has been accused of using her offspring to promote products, having faced a backlash when Princess, now 11, and Junior, now 13, appeared on her profile to talk about a drinks brand.

Price was targeted by trolls after sharing a video of her two children – who she shares with Peter Andre – talking about drinks brand Hey Like Wow.

Critics swamped the comments section and accused her of “forcing” the children to chat “awkwardly” about the drinks for a pay packet.
