Kanye West vs Wiz Khalifa: Katy Perry wades into Twitter feud
Katy Perry has given her verdict on Kanye West’s epic Twitter feud with Wiz Khalifa.
The pop superstar, who is the most followed person on the social media site, suggested that she was on Team Kanye as she referenced one of his posts about his fellow rapper.
Pointing out her favourite part of West’s public takedown of Khalfa, who had made a number of disparaging comments about the title of his new album, she wrote:
“My personal fav was #8 @kanyewest.”

Perry seemed to be referencing the now deleted Tweet, which read: “I made it so we could wear tight jeans.”
His previous post read: “I went to look at your twitter and you were wearing cool pants. I screen grabbed those pants and sent it to my style team #Wizwearscoolpants.”

West, who is about to release his eagerly-awaited new album Waves, went on an hour-long Twitter rant about Khalifa on Wednesday night.

In the string of tweets, which have since been deleted, he accused the star of stealing his material from Kid Cudi and made references to his son with Amber Rose.
After having a change of heart and realising that he’d mistakenly thought Khalifa had made a comment about wife Kim Kardashian, he wrote:
“Ima take these down cause it’s all about positive energy blessings blessings positive energy blessings.”
