Justin Bieber confirmed to perform at Grammys with Diplo and Skrillex

Justin Bieber has been confirmed to perform at this year’s Grammys, alongside Diplo and Skrillex.

The Canadian pop superstar, who is also taking to the stage at the forthcoming BRIT Awards, has been announced as the latest act to join the bill.

Bieber will perform with the dance duo, who worked with him on his chart-topping track Where Are You Now?

Other stars who have been confirmed to perform during Sunday night’s ceremony include Adele, The Weeknd and Kendrick Lamar.

Lady Gaga, whose slot was confirmed last month, has just announced that she will use it to perform a tribute to David Bowie.

Grammy producer Ken Ehrlich told the New York Times that the tribute will last “six or seven minutes’ and include ‘three or four’ of his best-known songs.

“It’s going to be a true homage to who David was, particularly musically, but not ignoring his influence on fashion and pop culture in a broader way,” he added.

Recording Academy CEO Neil Portnow said: “This line-up of talented artists is just the beginning of what will, once again, prove to be music's biggest night.

“We look forward to celebrating what's been a wonderful year in music, honouring the best of the best and featuring never-before-seen performances.”
