Jennifer Lopez came close to blinding fellow gym-goers after she flashed her mammoth engagement ring during a workout.

Lopez, 49, gave fans their first proper look at the huge diamond as she was snapped leaving a Miami gym with her fiancé Alex Rodriguez.

Lopez showed off her famous physique in a pair of black leggings, a crop top and a pair of bright orange trainers on the outing.

The pair got engaged last weekend in the Bahamas, with Rodriguez, 43, sharing a picture of their hands on Instagram and telling fans “she said yes”.

Within hours they were faced with cheating allegations after Jose Canesco claimed his ex-wife and Playboy model Jessica Canesco has been having an affair with Rodriguez for years.

In a series of inflammatory tweets he branded Rodriguez a “piece of s***” and claimed Lopez has “no idea who [Rodriguez] really is”.

Jessica later slammed the allegations, insisting she has been nothing more than friends with the baseball player for years.

She tweeted: “Those false accusations Jose is making are not true! I have known Alex for many years and haven’t even seen him for over 5. I certainly did not sleep with him.

“I am friendly with both him and Jennifer. As for Jose he can keep playing with his Alien friends.”

Jose, who was married to Jessica from 1996 to 1999, later challenged his ex and Rodriguez to take a lie detector to “tell the truth now”.

Lopez and Rodriguez have yet to comment on the allegations. Standard Online has contacted representatives for both for comment.
