Daniel Craig’s shirt from Bond movie Skyfall, Tom Hanks’s crew jacket from Cloud Atlas and sunglasses previously sported by Elton John are up for sale in a charity auction in memory of a young musician and poet.

Judi Dench, Lana Del Rey, Stephen Fry, Benedict Cumberbatch, Alan Rickman, Alfred Molina, Twiggy and Charlotte Gainsbourg are among other stars to have donated personal items — many signed — to the auction for Anno’s Africa which provides arts education for children in African slums.

Helping hand: Lana Del Rey

It was founded by Andrew Birkin — screenwriter of films such as Perfume and brother of Jane — and writer/producer Bee Gilbert after their London-born son, Anno, was killed in a car crash a few weeks before his 21st birthday. They wanted underprivileged children to have access to the music, books and drama that had inspired him.

The eBay auction will run from Sept 4 to 14. annosafrica.org.uk
