Justin Timberlake made a fan’s day by stopping a concert mid-performance to announce her pregnancy.

The concert-goer was left stunned when Timberlake halted his show to fulfil her dream of making her official pregnancy announcement live on stage.

Darcell Baxtresser attended Timberlake's show on Monday night and held up a sign, which read: ‘Will you help me announce my pregnancy?’

The 27-year-old had been on a night out with friends and took the sign in hopes of it being noticed.

The Man of the Woods singer took the sign from Baxtresser and announced to the audience: “This is Darcell, this sign caught my eye.

“I’ve got to stop the show for a second. Detroit this is very cool. This says ‘will you help announce my pregnancy’, Baby Baxtresser arriving November 1, 2018.”

He nicknamed the soon-to-be child Baby Bax and decided to celebrate the news with shots as he announced “this deserves shots.”

The Detroit Venue, Little Caesar Arena had initially attempted to take the sign out of her hands, however, she hid it under her shirt.

The mother-to-be described the moment as “magical” and “unforgettable”.

Speaking to the Standard Online, she said: “I had no idea it was going to happen like that. I thought maybe he’d take a picture with the sign at best. [I] was shocked when he literally stopped the show!

“[My husband] was surprised and blown away by the outcome. He of course knew of the pregnancy! He didn’t know I was going to bring a sign though. I wanted to see if I could pull it off first!”
